Discipleship Houses
Lasting spiritual growth. Biblical maturity. Life transformation.
A 12-month, Christ-centered residential discipleship program providing safe, structured, and spiritually transformative housing for men seeking to deepen their walk with the Lord.
About the residential program
An alternative to prison. A family for life.
Approved by the Florida Department of Corrections, the Freeway residential program is designed to foster lasting spiritual growth, biblical maturity, and life transformation. Our houses offer structure, stability, and accountability in a safe, Christ-centered environment.
Freeway Ministries is more than a program. It is a family. Through daily discipleship and authentic community, residents build relationships that extend far beyond graduation. Many of our graduates continue to attend our services, celebrate holidays with us, and faithfully serve alongside us.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 83% of people released from prison are arrested again. Over 90% of graduates from Freeway discipleship houses do not return to prison after completing the program.

Graduates
No one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.
“For 33 years and six prison sentences, I believed I would always be a criminal and an addict. But in 2023, alone in a prison cell, I cried out to Jesus Christ, and He completely changed my life. After my release, the Freeway Residential Discipleship House gave me a safe place to grow in my faith, surrounded by men who taught me responsibility, accountability, and what it means to follow Christ. Today, I’m living with a new identity in Jesus, and my life is proof that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.”
“After 14 years of addiction, spending my life in and out of jail, and four near-death experiences in just three months, God gave me another chance through the Freeway Discipleship House. What seemed like the end of my story became the beginning of a new life in Christ. Today, by God’s grace, I’m a husband, a father, and a pastor. Freeway didn’t just change my life. It pointed me to the One who did.”
