Freeway Florida respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call and ask.

Who we are

Freeway Florida (Freeway Orlando) operates this website. Our Saturday outreach meets at Orlando Baptist Church; you can reach us by mail at Freeway Orlando, PO Box 570328, Orlando, FL 32857, by phone at (407) 615-9583, or by email at [email protected].

Information you give us

When you send a message through the contact form or call us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write or say. We use it to answer you or follow up as you asked. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

A discipleship house application asks for more, including your date of birth, criminal and medical history, and references. It is sent to our ministry leadership by email and used only to review your application. If you give an email address, we send you a confirmation of what you agreed to; it never includes your answers.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, our analytics tools record standard technical information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location (city level, derived from your IP address), the site or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and how long you stayed. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

If you decline, these tools are not loaded at all. No analytics cookies are set and no visit data is sent.

Cookies and analytics

• Strictly necessary. Used only to remember your cookie choice. Always active.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which help us understand which pages are useful. These load only if you accept.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share your personal information for targeted advertising. Online gifts are processed by our giving provider (Church Center), whose own privacy policy applies when you give.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the player then runs in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and Google’s privacy policy applies to what you watch there.

Your choices

• Choose Accept or Decline when the cookie banner appears. Declining leaves the site fully working.
• Change your mind at any time: reopen your cookie choices.
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings to reset the choice.

How we share information

We share information only with the people and services that help us respond to you: ministry staff and volunteers who arrange rides or follow up, our website host, our email provider, and the analytics tools named above. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, call (407) 615-9583 or email [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are first.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to help you and to maintain ministry records. Analytics data is retained on Google’s and Microsoft’s standard schedules and is aggregated rather than tied to you personally.

Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to other organizations, including Orlando Baptist Church, Freeway Ministries, Church Center, Facebook, and Instagram. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
